LC Regional Production

At Life Church, I serve on the Regional Production Team, where my role centers on telling the story of what God is doing across multiple campuses through intentional, high-quality media. My work supports weekend services, church-wide communication, special initiatives, and long-term vision projects—helping ensure that stories are not just seen, but felt.

I am responsible for planning, directing, filming, and editing a wide range of video content used across in-service moments, digital platforms, and internal communication. This includes producing weekly announcement segments, storytelling pieces, and recap videos that highlight life change, generosity, outreach, and community impact. I work closely with pastors, hosts, campus teams, and volunteers.

A major part of my role involves pre-production planning and coordination. I schedule hosts, organize shoots across campuses, communicate with leadership, and gather necessary details ahead of production to ensure efficient filming days. This preparation allows our team to stay ahead on content while remaining flexible to adapt to last-minute changes or special needs.

On production days, I lead and support camera operations, directing talent, capturing B-roll, and ensuring visual continuity across segments. I also collaborate with volunteers and team members, providing guidance and structure to help them grow in confidence and skill while serving at a professional level.

In post-production, I handle editing, pacing, sound, and visual polish—delivering content that is clear, engaging, and emotionally grounded. Each piece is crafted to serve a purpose: whether that’s informing the church, inspiring generosity, highlighting outreach efforts, or pointing people toward their next step in faith.

At its core, my work at Life Church is about story—capturing moments of faith, service, and transformation, and shaping them into media that supports the mission of reaching people and building the Kingdom of God.
